  • The Summer Jams 2010: DJ's Got Us Fallin' in Love!

Somebody accused me earlier this week of becoming just like her 12-year-old niece because of the jams I’ve been rocking this summer. That’s cool by me because I can’t deny that this has been a summer of ridiculous radio pop; full of giant hooks, flashy dance moves, heartbreak beats, and modern-day bubblegum that’s auto-tuned to perfection. Going through them one a week has meant that a lot of solid contenders have been left on the outside looking in, despite their awesomeness. Let’s run through a batch of them now before we vote for The Summer Jam of 2010. (We’ll be running the winner next week so if you want to hype anything before then, leave your favorite song of the summer in the comments.)
